The VIEZU technical support team are live 7 days a week from 7am GMT every day of the week. Service remains open until 9pm Monday to Friday, 6pm on Saturdays and 2pm on Sundays. During these hours all tuners, can request a custom tuning file which is guaranteed to be supplied and returned within the hour.
