Who is this for?

This onboarding is for new incoming dealers who purchased a tuning tool outside of the Viezu USA network and need to get set up correctly for file submissions, dealer-level support, and full technical access.  NOTE: WHEN YOU BUY A TUNING TOOL FROM VIEZU USA, THIS SERVICE IS INCLUDED FOR FREE!

How long is the dealer onboarding session?

Plan for approximately 30 minutes. If you have questions, we can carry beyond that time so you’re comfortable with your tool, the workflow, and how to access support.

How long do I have after my tool purchase to proceed with onboarding?

There’s no technical time limit, but we will not provide technical support or training until onboarding is completed. This 30-minute session can save you hours (or days) of downtime if something goes wrong—our goal is to set you up for success from the beginning, instead of learning the hard way later.  Getting this done before there is an issue, will give you the best odds at handling avoidable issues.

Is this only for Slave/Dealer tools, or for Master tools as well?

This onboarding is open to anyone using a tuning tool we support—including both Dealer (Slave) tools and Master tools.

That said, some levels of technical support are limited for Master tools due to manufacturer configuration and the fact that we’re unable to fully diagnose Master tools inside our management portals. With Dealer tools, we have greater visibility into what’s happening when an error occurs, which allows us to troubleshoot more effectively.
