How To: Dynamometer Operations

This course has the curriculum to introduce the student to the line of Dynojet Dynamometers here at Viezu USA / Adrenaline Dyno. The automotive dyno being a Dynojet 424XLC with LINX as well as our motorcycle dyno a Dynojet 250i with load control.
This course will discuss:
- Initial Setup and Configuration of dynojet software
- Safely securing a vehicle on the dyno
- How to gather data from a dyno pull
- Alternative functions of a dyno (engine break in mileage, heat cycles, diagnostics)
- Overlaying data
This training will be mixed between classroom and on the dyno.
This course is approximately 4 hours long.
This course is a pre-requisite for operating any vehicle on the dyno or purchasing a punch-pass.
This course is a pre-requisite for working on any vehicle or motorcycle as it is on the dyno.
It is recommended to bring your own laptop with the DynoJet Powercore suite pre-installed for this course. We will provide the layout we use for our automotive dyno and go through the software and how to use it.
